What's the difference between this and cheaper stacking bistro s

The frame. Cheaper sets often use steel, and steel rusts from the inside out through joints and bolt holes. This set uses an aluminium frame, and aluminium cannot rust. In our experience, that one material choice is what stops you replacing a set after a couple of wet UK winters.

Do you have a showroom where I can see it before I buy?

Our showroom is at Sapcote Garden Centre in Leicestershire - one of the largest garden furniture showrooms in the Midlands. We've been here since 2001, so you can sit in the set and check the size and comfort before you decide.

How much assembly is required?

Only the table, and it is one step: the tabletop screws onto its base with the screws provided. Both chairs arrive fully assembled and stack when not in use.

Can I leave this bistro set outside all year round?

The aluminium frame cannot rust and the HDPE rattan is made for year-round outdoor use, so yes - leave it outside through winter without a problem. A cover is optional if you want to keep it cleaner between uses, but the frame and rattan don't need one to survive the weather.

Does the brown rattan fade in the sun?

Very little. We use HDPE rattan because it's UV-stabilised, meaning it copes well with direct sunlight compared to cheaper plastics. Unlike PVC-style weaves that can go brittle and crack after a couple of summers, HDPE rattan is made to stay stable and keep its colour.

Are the chairs comfortable without cushions?

The HDPE rattan has a slight natural flex to it, which makes it more comfortable for shorter sits - breakfast, a cup of tea, that kind of thing - than painted metal or slatted wood. For long, lazy afternoons, a cushioned lounge set from our range is usually the better fit.

Delivery is included in the price, 3-7 working days to mainland UK. Your furniture is delivered on pallets via our courier, and we'll email you a timed delivery window so you're not waiting around all day.

Worth knowing: our courier delivers to the kerbside or driveway, they won't take items around the back of the house, and the pallet and boxes are left with you. If you'd prefer a white-glove delivery with set-up and rubbish taken away, get in touch and we can usually help.

We dispatch from our Leicestershire garden centre. "In stock" means we have it here, ready to send, not drop-shipped from a third-party warehouse.

Returns: if you're not happy, let us know within 7 days and you can return it within 30 days for a refund (minus return delivery costs). The furniture must be in its original condition and packaging, and we'll arrange the collection with you.
