How does the table work?

The table adjusts with an easy-to-reach foot pedal: coffee height when you are lounging, then up to dining height when food comes out. That is the difference between resting a mug and actually eating comfortably.

What is it made from?

The aluminium frame cannot rust, so the structure stays outside all year round with no cover needed. The UV-stabilised HDPE rattan will not crack or go brittle in the sun. Cushions are included; store them away when you are not using the set and they will stay fresh for years.

How big is it?

Allow a 300cm x 300cm corner for the full layout. The ottomans tuck under when they are not in use, so the set takes less living space than the seat count suggests.

Will the Cappuccino rattan fade in the sun?

The weave is UV-stabilised HDPE rattan, which we chose because it will not fade quickly or go brittle after summers in the sun. PVC rattan - the kind used on cheaper sets - starts degrading after a couple of seasons in direct UV. HDPE is stabilised at a molecular level to cope with day-to-day outdoor exposure.

Is the Burbage set worth the price?

The 10-seater corner layout covers both lounging and dining in one set, which is where the value sits - you're not buying two separate pieces of furniture. The aluminium frame is good for well over 10 years in our experience, it cannot rust, and you save on covers too since no cover is needed.

Our showroom is at Sapcote Garden Centre in Leicestershire - one of the largest garden furniture showrooms in the Midlands. How much assembly is required?

None at all. The whole set, including the height-adjustable table, arrives fully assembled and ready to use.

Why does delivery take 3-7 working days?

It's a large set delivered on a wooden pallet, not a small parcel. That 3-7 working day timeframe allows for proper handling so it arrives in good condition rather than being rushed through a standard courier network. Delivery included in the price.

Can I leave the cushions out in the rain?

We advise storing the cushions when you are not using the set. Keeping them dry between uses is what keeps them comfortable for years, and the frame and rattan stay outside all year round without a cover.

Delivery is included in the price, 3-7 working days to mainland UK. Your furniture is delivered on pallets via our courier, and we'll email you a timed delivery window so you're not waiting around all day.

Worth knowing: our courier delivers to the kerbside or driveway, they won't take items around the back of the house, and the pallet and boxes are left with you. If you'd prefer a white-glove delivery with set-up and rubbish taken away, get in touch and we can usually help.

We dispatch from our Leicestershire garden centre. "In stock" means we have it here, ready to send, not drop-shipped from a third-party warehouse.

Returns: if you're not happy, let us know within 7 days and you can return it within 30 days for a refund (minus return delivery costs). The furniture must be in its original condition and packaging, and we'll arrange the collection with you.
